Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between SNAPTAG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its members in relation to the use of the PhotoCode service provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- The term “Service” refers to all functions provided through the application that members of the PhotoCode service (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) may use, regardless of the type of device implemented (including PCs, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless devices).
- The term “Member” refers to a customer who accesses the Company’s Service, enters into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms, and uses the Service provided by the Company.
- Any terms not defined in this Article shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, and where not defined therein, by generally accepted commercial practices.
Article 3 (Interpretation of the Terms)
- Where a Member enters into an individual agreement with the Company to use a specific Service, the Company may establish separate terms of use or operational policies for such individual services (hereinafter referred to as “Operational Policies”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Operational Policies, the Operational Policies shall prevail.
- Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, or by customary practices.
Article 4 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company shall not engage in any acts prohibited by these Terms or applicable laws, nor any acts contrary to public order and morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide the Service continuously and stably.
- The Company shall establish security systems to protect personal information so that Members may use the Service safely, and shall disclose and comply with its Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Service Availability and Suspension)
- The Company shall commence the provision of the Service upon acceptance of a Member’s registration. However, for certain Services, the Company may commence service provision from a designated date as necessary.
